Concierge Cash Rate

For those who prefer straightforward, transparent pricing and immediate payment at the time of service. This rate reflects the personalized access and enhanced availability inherent to concierge-level care, with no monthly membership required.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement Option

For patients utilizing insurance benefits, we can bill your plan on your behalf for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Because payment is deferred while insurance processing occurs, this rate is slightly higher than the concierge cash rate. Regardless of payment method, all patients receive the same high-touch, concierge experience.

In-Network Care for Every Need

We understand that every patient’s needs are unique. If your care involves straightforward medication management or less frequent visits, we also accept insurance as in-network providers. Our team will work closely with you to schedule appointments as early as possible to ensure continuity and accessibility of care.

Spravato® Treatment Coverage

We accept insurance for Spravato® (esketamine) treatment and are committed to helping make this life-changing therapy accessible and affordable.

We also work directly with the Spravato® Savings Program to help reduce or eliminate your out-of-pocket costs.

At Coastal Mindscape, most patients pay as little as $0–$10 per visit thanks to two powerful savings programs:

• Spravato® Savings Program – Covers up to $8,150 per year for the medication.

• Spravato® Observation Rebate Program – Adds up to $800 per year toward office visits.

Together, these programs can provide up to $8,950 per year in support—putting breakthrough treatment within reach.
